My emphasis in the therapeutic process is to identify the root causes of your concerns to ensure long-term healing and growth on the deepest of levels. I primarily work with adult women with concerns around people pleasing tendencies, relational tension, perinatal mood disorders and birth trauma, and developmental traumas. We will use a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, brainspotting, psychoeducation, and more, but most importantly want to ensure that you feel safe, heard, and seen in your journey.
I received my education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University. I have additional training in Brainspotting, Trauma, and Perinatal Mental Health.
